A Reed Organ Music Box

People enjoy sending me little pump organ items, and this one is the latest. It's a wooden music box that has 10 stops and a mid-size hutch including a modest size mirror -- it's even real. Although the organ has no handles, it does have a completely enclosed back panel, which many pump organs do not have it even has a key.

It plays a tune, but I'm afraid I have no idea what it is, although I'm guessing it's from the 60s – that's 1960s – not 1860s. So this means, to date, I've received a pair of silver pump organ ear rings, a small, solid silver reed organ for a charm bracelet, and a doll house size pump organ, which I put together, with a little help.
